Easter comes really early this year. We have compiled over 40 egg hunt events around the bay area. Bring your little ones out and have some fun!
South Bay:
- Easter Egg Hunt (Mar 31, 10am - 12pm)
Where: State & 2nd st, Los Altos
Free for children 1-10 years old. Enter the Jelly Bean contest, make an ester bonnet, enjoy face painting, and meet the Easter Bunny. Hunt for candy filled eggs on Main and State. Limit 5 egg per child. Please bring your own basket.

Kids Easter Egg Hunt (Apr 23, 10-11am)
Where: New Hope International Church Parking Lot, Sunnyvale
Organized by New Hope International Church. For ages 3-12 years old.
- Campbell Eggstravaganza (Apr 7, 10:30 am)
Where: Campbell Community Center
For children ages 2-12. The egg and candy hunt will begin on the Athletic Fields of the Campbell Community Center at 10:30am SHARP. Please bring a bag or basket for your child. Thousands of plastic colored eggs will be sprinkled throughout the lawn. That may seem like a lot of eggs, but they are all picked up within minutes - those kids are fast! Festivities that morning, beginning at 9am, will include face painting, finger nail painting, games, arts and crafts activities, a jump house, and pictures with the Eggstravaganza Bunny.
- Annual Bunnies & Nonnets Parade (Apr 7, 12pm)
Where: Downtown Campbell
This event follows the City of Campbell's annual Easter Egg Hunt. In past years, the parade has featured marching bands, baton dancers, classic cars, bagpipers, floats, dog clubs, and other assorted things of interest that make up the Campbell area community.

This family event features Egg Hunts, Carnival Rides, Jumpy Houses, Arts & Crafts, Entertainment, and a Rib Cook-Off.
- Annual Easter Egg Hunt at the Fairmont (Apr 8)
Where: Fairmont Hotel, SF
Children will enjoy our ongoing Easter Egg Hunt in the Fountain Room from 9:30am to 2:30pm featuring a balloon artist. The Easter Bunny will make appearances throughout the day and will hand out treats to children.
- Union Street Spring Celebration & Easter Parade (April 8)
Where: Union Street, Gough to Fillmore, SF
A variety of children's and family activities are the focus of the event and include; large inflatable bounces, kids' rides and games, a climbing wall, a hands-on children's activities area, costumed characters, a petting zoo, a pony ride and entertainment from some of the Bay Area's best musicians.
Peninsula:
- Annual Easter Egg and Pancake Breakfast (Mar 31, 9am)

Chamber of Commerce Panckae Breakfast will be from 9-11am. egg hunt begin at 11am.
- Egg Hunt in South San Francisco (Mar 31, 10am)

Two egg hunts taking place. One just for Pre-Schoolers 3-5 years old and the second one for Elementary children 6-8 years old. Bring your own basket.
- Redwood City HUNT (Apr 11, gates open at 12:30pm)
Where: Red Morton Park, Redwood City
HUNT is a free Easter egg hunt for children ages 0-12. there will be a variety of activities to enjoy.

the Easter Bunny arrives on an antique fire truck. This is for children 8 and younger. Bring a basket for the eggs.
- Easter Bunny by Helicopter (Apr 7, 10:30am)
where: Hiller Aviation Museum, San Carlos
How do you think the Easter Bunny gets around so fast to deliver those eggs? By helicopter of course! Join the Hiller Aviation Museum in welcoming the bunny arrive in a personal helicopter at 10:30am on April 3. Now if you think that is fun then you are in for an even bigger surprise. Stick around and get an egg straight from the bunny and get your face painted by the Magic Princesses.
To top it off, the popular European Model Train display will also be open for everyone to enjoy. - San Carlos Easter Egg Hunt (Apr 11, 11am sharp)

It’s a free event for 3-10 year olds and all will get eggs, candy and other surprises. Bring your own basket.

Where: Central Park, San Mateo
Eggstravaganza – San Mateo's signature springtime community event and largest "egg hunt", including pancake breakfast, Art & games. Andy Z, egg hunt, parade, happy birds.
- Easter Egg Hunt - Foster City (Apr 23, 1pm)
Where: Ryan Park, Foster City
Eeet at Ryan Park, usually at 1:00 PM, stake out areas for different age groups, and scatter thousands of chocolate Easter Eggs. Promptly at 2:00 PM the hunt starts! Of course the Easter Bunny is there to make sure that no child leaves with an empty basket.
East Bay:

Easter Weekend at Playland-Not-at-the-Beach (Apr 7 & 8)

Seek and ye shall find eggs-cellent surprises at Playland-Not-at-the-Beach! Throughout our Museum of Fun, kids can find eggs-tra-ordinary things among the antiques of our Penny Arcade, all among free play machines of Pinball Alley and around the classic games of the Carousel Carnival. Hunters big and small can search the exhibitions dedicated to bygone American amusements and eggs-change what they find for prizes! The yolks on us at Playland's Easter Egg Hunt.

Where: Roaring Camp, Felton
Kiddies hunt for lots of chocolate candy eggs hidden by the Easter Bunny in a redwood forest. This event takes place on our redwood forest steam train. Children must have a train ticket to participate in the Easter Egg Hunt. In the event of rain, train cars and Easter Egg Hunt will be under cover.
